A. Akinyanmi is the Chairman of the Company. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Taxation. He was a formal Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and now doubles as the Managing Partner of Messrs Akinyanmi & Co (Chartered Accountants) and Akinyanmi Associates, Tax Consultants.

Mr Yemi Segun Ogundipe is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive of Link Options & Systems Ltd. He is an Economist and Chartered Accountant of many years experience. He graduated from University of Lagos with a degree in Economics in 1985. He joined the prestigious firm of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1985 and worked with the firm for 10 years before leaving. While in Coopers, He worked in various divisions including Audit and Management Consulting Divisions. He handled several public sector and private sector clients for statutory audits, tax, consulting and very special assignments. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Member of Institute of Taxation, and Member Nigerian Institute of Management.

Mrs Lola Ogundipe is the Director in Charge of Finance and Administration. She holds and HND in Accounting for Yaba College of Technology. She is principally responsible for company finances and staff allocation and administration.

The company has other Managers and Pastel Certified Consultants in the group with various responsibilities.
